FIXTURES

Latest fixtures enclosed, I am sure there will amendments & additions, please check and if you can fit in an extra fixture please contact the Fixtures Secretary for his approval.

BAD WEATHER ARRANGEMENTS

RULE

10(M)
In the event of matches being postponed owing to the pitch being unfit, the Secretary of the HOME club shall notify the General Secretary by letter; this must be sent by first class post and postmarked no later than the day after the match. Clubs with private grounds must not postpone a fixture until the day of the match and then only after an inspection by the match Referee or with the approval of the Referees Secretary, a local Referee. The name of the inspecting or governing body must be included in the report. In addition the Home Club shall notify immediately by telephone the Referee's Secretary and Fixtures Secretary of such postponement. The HOME club are also responsible for notifying their opponents and match officials. If this cannot be done in time there MUST be a Home Club Official in attendance at the ground, who will remain at the ground until 15 minutes after the scheduled kick off time. Any breach of this rule will result in a minimum fine of £10 plus expenses being imposed.

Any club breaking a fixture must notify the General Secretary, Referee's Secretary, Fixtures Secretary, match officials and opponents prior to the match. TEAM SHEETS

These must be completed fully & correctly especially the player's full name, first name & family name and the player's correct shirt number. Fines will be issued if incomplete forms are forwarded to The League by either match or club officials. So please get it right and avoid those silly fines.
