but first half goals from Iain willet and Nathan Curtis gave the visitors a 0-2
half time lead. Wigston came at Tenant in the second period and carved out some
decent chances but Nathan Battu wrapped the game up for Allexton half way through
the second half. That was Allexton & Tenants first away win all season

DIVISION TWO Barlestone fought
bravely but surrendered their 100% home league record to a committed Lutterworth
side who comfortably took the points. Jake Wildbore opened the scoring in the
first half with a shot which took a deflection to deceive Josh Garrigan in the
Barlestone goal. The home side created two or three good chances with Thomas Sloan
and Ben Evans going close but they were unable to find the net. Lutterworth's
second goal was scored by Brad Hughes to give the visitors a 2-0 half time lead.
Barlestone looked more likely to open their account in the second half but for
two top quality saves by Mark Lill in the Lutterworth goal prevented them getting
back into the match. Once Hughes scored his second with a cleverly taken shot
the result was only going one way. The impressive Garrigan in the St Giles goal
produced several good blocks before Toby Maloy scored two more goals to round
off the 5-0 victory. Anthony Zupp was voted man of the match for Lutterworth for
a solid performance at the heart of the Lutterworth defence, keeping them top
of the league. Fleckney secured only there third win of the season with 2 - 0
win against Huncote Dynamos with Jamie Pickering and Eamon Hind finding the target.

Kieran Fogarty (hat-trick) and Brad Whitfield. UNDER 16'S PREMIER
DIVISON With only one fixture due to cup competitions Saffron Dynamo had
a chance to gain ground on the leaders and they made no mistake. Loughborough
Dynamo were beaten two goals to nil by an enthusiastic Saffron Dynamo side who
showed a level of commitment and endeavour which was superior to anything on offer
from Loughborough. A goal in each half was enough to seal the game on a day when
Loughborough looked out of sorts and lacklustre. Loughborough fielded a remodeled
side, with five changes from the team that won in the cup last week, and struggled
to find cohesion for most of the game. Their task was made all the more difficult
by persistently giving the ball away cheaply and showing a rather casual attitude
towards getting it back. Saffron took the lead on twenty-two minutes when a cross
from the right was not despatched to Row X and Saffron were first to the ball
in the box. Although Loughborough did raise their game it was Saffron who were
galvanised to greater efforts and they took a grip of the game that they did not
release for the rest of the game. The addition of Morris and English on forty-seven
minutes added a little more urgency but the pattern of the first half was largely
repeated and on fifty-two minutes Loughborough gave the ball away in midfield
and Saffron scored with a fine twenty yard drive. Saffron continued to press forward
and had a goal disallowed for offside on fifty minutes and hit the post with chip
over the Loughborough keeper on fifty-seven minutes. As the game ended away Loughborough
threw caution to the wind pressing forward and were denied a penalty on seventy-two
minutes but this was about as close as they came to scoring in the second half.
DIVISION ONE Sileby Town secured a 7 - 1 away win at Ibstock
Youth. Sileby scored first when John Adcock headed over the advancing Ibstock
keeper after a great through ball from Steven Smith. Then Jack Dodsley put Sileby
2- 0 up with a fierce drive from distance. Ibstock then scored with a lob over
the Sileby keeper to pull it back to 2-1 just before half time. In the second
half Ibstock battled well as both teams went for the next goal. This was scored
by Conor Simpson who shot a low drive from inside the box to put Sileby 3-1 up.
Jack Dodsley scored Sileby's fourth goal with another well struck drive. Micky
Ruddle then netted for Sileby's fifth goal. In the final minutes Conor Simpson
played a fine through ball to Dodsley to score his third of the game and it was
Simpson again who split the Ibstock defence to put through Ruddle to score Sileby
Town Juniors seventh and final goal. Leaders Narborough & Littlethorpe kept
top spot after just edging out Beaumont Town, Narborough gained a narrow and hard
fought win in their final fixture of the year. The visitors started the better
and took the lead within the first 10 minutes; they continued to be first to the
ball and doubled their advantage shortly before the interval. Narborough were
desperate to respond and Joe Monksfield headed home to make the half time score
2-1 to Beaumont. Into the second half and the home side came out with a determined
attitude. They were awarded a disputed penalty that was coolly converted by Connor
Bennett. Shortly after that the visitors were reduced to 10 men and the home side
seized the initiative. They hit the post twice and the bar and found the Beaumont
keeper in inspired form with some fine stops. It seemed the game was destined
to end in a draw but in the final seconds Narborough forced a corner and from
the resulting goalmouth scramble Sam Stancombe prodded the ball home to secure
the win. Great credit to Beaumont who battled on bravely even when their numbers
were reduced. Wigston Youth put on the display of the season to send Lutterworth
Juniors back home after a 7 - 0 thrashing goals from Callum Blow (2) , Daniel
Williams 92) , Liam Aubrey (2) and Luke Brennan completed the scoring.

DIVISION THREE Highfield Rangers are in top spot
after another win this time against Dunton & Broughton winning 5 - 2 with
goals from Zak Jallands (hat-trick), Ebrahim Mulla and Rory Malloy but they have
to keep a sharp eye for ever improving Raynsway Rangers who are now in second
two points behind and they gave their chances no harm by beating Friar Lane Juniors
3 - 1 Raynsway Rangers made the break through after good pressure on the Friar
Lane defensive unit. Liam Norris with the goal after a good through ball by Zak
Ainscough. Friar Lane leveled quickly with superb play from their central midfield
player. At half time it was 1-1. With both sides still in the game. Raynsway Rangers
scored their second goal through Zak Ainscough; Arwinder Singh Sodhi picked out
Connor Flaherty who then flicked it onto Zak Ainscough to slot it pass the advancing
keeper. Friar Lane went close but missed the chance to level off the scores. Raynsway
got their third goal when it was reflected off one of the Friar Lane defenders
who was trying to stop Connor scoring, but went in off his feet. Countesthorpe
03 went on to keep a clean sheet against Ibstock United with a 4 - 0 win Lewis
Love (2) , Braydon Farmer and Cody Day completing the scoring.
